The NY Flat designed by Team BURĒAU, located in the iconic Flat Iron district of New York, is defined by its open-plan layout, offering a fluid connection between spaces.
A key focal point in the living room is the repurposed column, now a striking bar unit finished in green lacquer. This bold color choice brings vibrancy to the otherwise neutral palette of the space. The TV unit, designed to also function as a library, features an elegant arched form, contributing an architectural touch to the design. The selection and use of lighting fixtures throughout the apartment add character and enhance the overall atmosphere.
In the main bedroom, green is once again used in the bed and curtains, adding a cohesive and bold statement to the room’s aesthetic.
